Public Information Request

The City of Campbell provides the following ways for you to submit your public information request.

Hand Delivery or Mail

Good to Know

Please note that for a public information request to be valid, it must be submitted in writing to the City. After recieving the proper request form you will recieve a cost annalsys within 10 days of said request. The cost of the request must be made prior to our staff gathering all information requested. The cost may vary depending upon how much time is invested into research and possible need for redaction.
