Free Firewood Alert for Campbell Neighbors!
Hey Campbell family,
After the recent tree clearing on our streets, the City has piled up the downed trees and branches behind City Hall for easy access.
If you're looking for free firewood or kindling, help yourself—at no cost!
A few important notes:
You'll need to cut and haul your own wood (bring your chainsaw, trailer, etc.).
This is at your own risk—please be safe and watch for hazards like uneven piles or hidden branches.
Feel free to drag any logs out of the piles to cut up. No need to clean up after yourself; we'll re-pile any mess when you're done.
Most of the wood is "junk" or mixed debris, but there's some pine, cedar, and even a little oak mixed in—perfect for kindling, smoking meat, or cozy fires!
Come by whenever it's convenient for you. First come, first served while it lasts!
